A New Chapter With Great New Leaders

We wanted to annouce that the leadership of Top Clean MCR Ltd has changed. From 12th October 2022, Craig Chadwick & Rob Stock will take over as company Directors.
​
There is no modification of the management and policies of the company. We ensure you that we are going to sustain the reputation and standing that we have managed to build for over 5 years, by assuring you that the supreme quality of services will remain the same.
​
We had to take the step of changing the ownership of the company because Miss Alex Rocha has had a life changing experience regarding a close relative’s deteriorating health.
​
Still, we assure you that the owners Craig & Rob, will handle the company with their sheer dedication.
​
You have always been our valuable customer and have trusted us from the very beginning and also in all the odds, for which we are very thankful to you — expecting to seek the same shortly.

We are proud to become a corporate member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), which demonstrates our active and material support of the institute in its aims to raise environmental standards through training and education.
BICSc is the largest independent, professional and educational body within the cleaning industry. The brand is internationally recognised with a clientele of corporate, individual and accredited training members in excess of 45,000.
Several of our UK area sales managers have already undertaken Licence To Practice training, and received their LTP cards. This training covers the essential skills required for anyone who carries out cleaning tasks. It helps users understand the reasons and practicalities of safe working and provides key information around health and safety and best practice methodologies.

Thanks to great clients like yourselves, Top Clean Mcr Ltd have had another incredible year in business. While you have come to enjoy a VAT reduction rate of 12% in the previous months, we now have to implement the remaining 8% VAT effective from 4th April 2022.
This will not have any financial effect on VAT registered businesses because the VAT is paid then reclaimed. The VAT implementation will affect mainly anyone who is not VAT registered.
Although introducing the remaining VAT will mean you pay more, we want to help you by offering a variety of flexible payment plans. You’ll be able to chose a payment frequency from, weekly, quarterly or monthly.
If you wish to beat the VAT increase entirely then you have until now and 1st April 2022.
It has been through your continued support as a valued client that has helped our growth, and we look forward to being able to continually provide the excellent level of service you have come to enjoy.

1) Did you know, at least 50% of our female employees are triple-tasking mothers?
We offer part-time vacancies that allows them to fulfil their busy mummy schedule and still work a few hours each day. We think it's important we offer mothers this flexibility to encourage and help introduce them to work.

Not many companies are able to accommodate flexible hours, so we are happy and proud that can can support the mothers in our team in this way.
​
2) We understand the importance of reducing our carbon footprint. We believe small steps make a difference and we will continue to look and adopt sustainable ways to conduct everyday business. Some of our initiatives are, exploring eco-friendly products and materials, and going paperless.
​
3) Lastly, we are strongly committed to our employees welfare and look forward to being able to provide a range of new support systems, for the overall betterment of their wellbeing at work and at home.
